Influenced by the renaissance era; Think Marie Antoinette, the shape of the dress is very elongated and it creates an elaborate look. Today we will use the look but a little less elaborate than the original of course.
Today one the trends is the balloon shirt sleeve look and a slim fitting in torso which gives you slimmer look and feel. I mentioned on the previous post that a monochrome base is better usual pairing with the bold and trendy color blocking accessories ; this makes the pattern pop I am wearing a top that can be as a dress as well, I paired this with the over knee boots elongate the body making legs look longer and slimmer.
Because of this high collar design and style I finished the look with a detachable bow collar to compliment the white shirt. To accessorize the entire look, I added playful colors’. I chose the bright strap hexagonal fun bag. The square or rectangle bag is well suited for this look.
So how will you style your hair for this outfit? I personally prefer a simple ponytail that puts the focus on the beautiful high collar design or you can go big for big wavy hairstyle – It just depends how you fee today 🙂
