The Fashion Frequency team scored a front row view for the international debut of Diana Couture’s ‘GENESIS’ collection. The show took place on March 15th in the most beautiful venue at The MacArthur in Los Angeles. That evening Diana Putri sent down the runway the most creative and diverse collection we’ve seen in a long time.
We love watching Diana Putri’s collections go down the runway because of her larger than life imagination for fashion and her influences to her Indonesian roots. Diana’s haute couture collections aren’t just fashion, they have their own culture.
We’re always so excited to see the latest creation of the Diana Couture design house. But this seasons haute couture collection titled ‘Genesis’ was something extra special because it was so diverse and packed with so many different cultural influences. She incorporated every texture and fabric you can imagine. From laser cut silhouettes to miles of embroidery, small detail beading and feathers and even Javanese inspired crowns and accessories. Diana Putri really gave us everything we didn’t know we needed in our life with her ‘Genesis’ collection
